2- RACE SPREADSHEET
The Team provides a race day spreadsheet that covers 3 things – Check the three tabs
within the spreadsheet:
- Riders’ Schedules
- Breakfast RSVPs
- Lunch RSVPs
TEAM
3- RACE VOLUNTEERS
Each parent/guardian should volunteer with the team at least 5 hours during the season.
All team race volunteering is done at the same link- click the bottom button to sign up.
LEAGUE
4- LEAGUE VOLUNTEERS
Each parent/guardian should volunteer with the league at least once per student, per season.
If you haven’t volunteered for the league yet, please sign up below!
TO PREPARE FOR RACE DAY:
- Take good care of your bike and your body!
- Riders and Coaches:
Pick up your Pre-ride race plates–needed for all Friday pre-rides for whole season (handed out at next few practices or contact Angela) - Find your rider’s schedule (on Race #1 Team Spreadsheet – Tab 1)
- RSVP for meals + sign up for potluck items (on Race #1 Team Spreadsheet – Tabs 2 & 3)
- Sign up for your volunteering spot for the team and/or league

TEAM RACE VOLUNTEERING
The expectation is that EVERY parent/guardian will volunteer with the team about 5 hours during the season. The team can’t function without parent’s participation. Please choose your sweet spot and volunteer multiple times—we promise it will be a good time.

LEAGUE RACE VOLUNTEERING
The expectation is that EVERY parent/guardian will volunteer for the League at least ONCE per student per season. Plan to stay at the race earlier/later on the race-day you volunteer. You can select a volunteer position that will allow you to see your student athlete race, so you don’t need to worry about missing anything.
Our host race is 2026 LOCATION TBD, where we are expected to have the most participation. So if you only sign up for one League Volunteer spot, please sign up for this one.
